How We Deliver
Two Delivery Methods
Every Eagle Ridge building is built the same way — real lumber, the same build standard — but we have two ways to get it done. Pick a method below to see how it works and what to expect.
Delivered Fully Built
We build it at the shop. We deliver it to you.
Your building is constructed at our facility, loaded onto a trailer, and set on your property in one visit. Most deliveries take under an hour to a couple of hours, start to finish.
- Fast setup — most deliveries are done in under an hour to a couple of hours
- Consistent shop-quality build environment
- Simple — we handle everything, you just prep the spot
- Electrical, insulation, the finished interior package, and A/C are only available on delivered builds
- Rent-to-own financing is available on delivered buildings
- Buildings 20ft wide cannot be delivered — those require on-site construction
- Needs at least 2ft of clearance on all sides beyond the building dimensions
- Weather can delay delivery day (same as on-site)

A purpose-built greenhouse designed for serious backyard growers. The clear polycarbonate roof and wraparound windows deliver maximum light penetration year-round, while a gable-mounted exhaust fan handles ventilation through hot Texas summers. Double-door entry, sturdy wood-frame construction, and crisp white siding make this one as practical as it is photogenic.
8x10 Greenhouse
This 8x10 greenhouse is built to last with fully treated, waterproof lumber throughout. Features eight 2x3 windows plus two additional 2x3 windows in the double barn doors for abundant natural light and a lot of optional ventilation by opening the windows. Interior shelving provides plenty of growing and storage space for plants, tools, and supplies.

How much does a shed cost?
Price depends on size, style, and options. Smaller storage sheds start in the low thousands; larger garages and cabin shells run higher. Every quote is clear and itemized — no surprise add-ons. Tell us what you need and we'll send pricing with no obligation.
What size shed do I need?
A good rule: pick the size you think you need, then go one step bigger — most folks fill a shed faster than they expect. Walk us through what you're storing and how you'll use it, and we'll recommend a size that won't feel cramped in a year.
Do I need a permit for a shed?
It depends on your city, county, and HOA. Many areas don't require a permit for a smaller portable building, but larger buildings — or any with electrical or plumbing — usually do. Always confirm locally before you order. We provide specs and drawings for your application.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver and build on site anywhere within about 300 miles of Itasca, Texas — that covers nearly all of the state. Add your ZIP to the quote form and we'll confirm your delivery range.
Is the building delivered finished or built on site?
Most buildings are built in our shop and delivered fully assembled, then set and leveled on your property. For tight-access lots or larger structures, we build on site instead. Either way, we handle setup.
How long does delivery take?
Within 1–3 business days of your order, we reach out to schedule your delivery or on-site build. Most buildings are delivered 2–4 weeks after you order, depending on how busy our schedule is and the weather. We'll confirm your date the day before.
What kind of foundation do I need?
Most of our buildings sit on treated skids leveled with concrete blocks — no poured slab required. For permanent or larger structures, a gravel pad or slab is an option, and we'll advise on what's best for your site and use.
Do you offer rent-to-own?
Yes — rent-to-own (RTO) with no credit check on most buildings. You take the building home for a small first payment and pay it off over time. Learn more on our Rent-to-Own page.
What warranty comes with a building?
Most of our buildings include a lifetime warranty against leaks and decay, backed by our workmanship standard. If something isn't right, we come back out and make it right. See full terms on our Warranties page.
Can I customize my shed?
Absolutely. Size, color, doors, windows, porches, shelving, electrical-ready packages, roof style — we build to your spec. If you can picture it, we can usually build it.
