From first call to finished build.
At Eagle Ridge Barn Builders, we believe buying a building should be as fast, easy, and transparent as possible. Here’s exactly how the whole process works — seven straightforward steps — so you know what to expect before you decide anything.

Initial Contact
Once you share your information or save a design, one of our shed professionals reaches out to you.
In that first conversation we ask a few questions to understand your situation, your budget, and what you actually need. That way we can point you to the right building at the best possible price — not just the biggest sale.

Quote & Information
After we've talked through your needs and answered your questions, we send everything over by email or text — including a detailed written quote.
Your quote spells out:
- Any discounts you qualify for
- Delivery fees, if there are any
- A clear, line-by-line breakdown of the cost

Placing Your Order
If you decide to move forward, we send you an agreement to sign. A payment is usually required at this point to secure your order and get you in the schedule.

Scheduling Your Delivery or Build
Within 1–3 business days of placing your order, our scheduling manager contacts you to set your date — either for delivery of your finished building, or for a crew to come build it on-site if that's the right fit for your property.
Unless something like weather forces a change, your scheduled date stays fixed, and we confirm it with you the day before.

Delivery & Setup
How this looks depends on whether your building is delivered finished or built on-site.
Delivered finished
- We give you an estimated time of arrival (ETA) ahead of the driver's arrival.
- Someone needs to be present to show us exactly where the building should sit.
- Setup usually takes 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on size and complexity.
Built on-site
- Build times range from about 4 hours for the smallest sheds to several days for large cabin shells.
- The crew arrives in a truck and trailer with all the tools and materials needed.
- All we need is a spot to park the truck and trailer near the site, plus walking access to carry materials and tools in.
- If there's no power nearby, just let us know ahead of time so we can bring extra extension cords or a generator.

Final Approval
Once your building is delivered or the on-site build is finished, we ask for your approval — a simple check to make sure everything meets your expectations before we call it done.

Final Payment & Enjoyment
If there's any remaining balance, we'll reach out to collect it. And that's it — you're ready to enjoy your new building for years to come.
