Warranties
Every Eagle Ridge building is built with the trusted products below and is eligible for the following manufacturer and building warranties — backed in writing, for the original buyer.
Lifetime Leak & Decay Warranty
Lasting peace of mind — covering leaks and decay for the entire life of your building, exclusively for the original buyer while it stays in its original location.
- Building styles. All Cabin Shells, Gable Sheds, Lofted Barns, Single Slopes and Value Sheds.
- Pressure-treated lumber. Covered against decay — must not be in direct contact with the ground.
- Plywood flooring. Covers damage from leaks that are our responsibility. Consider upgrading to engineered T&G flooring for extra water resistance.
- Siding. Covered as long as it remains caulked and painted.
- Interior framing lumber. Covers damage from leaks that are our responsibility.
- Roof. Covered against decay from normal weather and time, or from incorrect installation.
- Acts of God — tornadoes, hurricanes or flooding.
- Fires, and damage from trees or branches.
- Any issue arising from moving the building from its original location.
- Damage from other water sources — external flooding or improper maintenance.
- Styles not covered: Value Mini Barn, Greenhouses, Metal Value Sheds and Animal Shelters.
This promise is exclusively for the original buyer and remains valid as long as the building stays in its original location. If you encounter any covered issue, we'll promptly address it to keep your building in top condition for the rest of your life.
Manufacturer Warranties
The materials in every build come from four trusted suppliers — each backing their product with its own warranty.
* If the customer provides paint, it must be Sherwin-Williams brand for the warranty to apply.
Workmanship Warranty
Eagle Ridge stands behind its own build. Workmanship coverage is included on every shell — the length depends on your building style.

Any problems that arise due to faulty workmanship are covered at no cost to the customer.
Leveling Warranty
Your building will be level and fully operational at delivery. If a door later stops working correctly, here's exactly how we handle it.
Service-call fee
How the service call works
- A door stops working correctly — not shutting, latching or opening properly, or sticking on a jamb — and you call us.
- We collect a $250 service fee and send a technician out to your property.
- If the cause is a ground / foundation releveling issue, we relevel and fix it and keep the $250.
- If it's a building construction issue apart from the ground, we fix it and refund the $250.
