I changed my mind several times and he just made the adjustments without any question. We recieved our cabin exactly when he said we would get it. And the quality is amazing. It looks like site build tiny home. We love it.

Fabian was a big reason I chose Eagle Ridge Barn Builders. He was very helpful, he sent me renderings of my Building and was patient while I made my decision. The onsite fabrication crew was very professional. Did a fantastic job and took the time to address any questions I had. I couldn't be any more satisfied.
Valeria was so helpful through this process. We drove to their facility while doing research. We also visited other builders and chose Eagle Ridge because of the clean manufacturing process. The materials used were top quality. This greenhouse will last for the rest of my life and beyond. The delivery and setup were amazing. The young man, Yoder Manoah, who delivered my greenhouse set it between two trees just where wanted it. I can't wait to start using it. Thanks Valarie and Eagle Ridge Barn Builders.

We Can Help
Permit pull assistance
Permits are the part most people dread, so we have someone who does them for a living. For a flat $450, our permit assistant handles as much of the process as anyone but you can handle — pulling the building specs, finding out what your city actually wants, filling out the application, submitting it, and staying on the phone with the city until it is approved.
What we do
- Contact the city and find out exactly what they require for your building at your address
- Assemble the building specs, dimensions, and construction details from our side
- Complete and submit the permit application
- Handle the back-and-forth with the city through review, including any revisions they ask for
- Keep you posted along the way instead of leaving you to chase it
What it doesn't cover
- The city's own permit fees — those are paid directly to them and vary by city
- Documents only you can provide: property survey, deed, plat, site plan, HOA approval
- The $450 is non-refundable, since it pays for the assistant’s time whether or not the city approves
- If it becomes clear a permit isn't realistically obtainable, we'll talk it through with you rather than keep burning hours
$450 — our fee only, separate from the city's permit fees.
Some cities require stamped engineered drawings for a building of this type. That is sometimes possible to obtain, but it is a separate cost that can run into the thousands and it is the customer’s expense. We never go down that road without talking to you and getting your agreement first.
