This 8x10x8 single slope building features Board & Batten siding and LP Smart Trim, both finished in Black SW 6258, topped with Black architectural shingles. It includes a 9-lite door, one 3x3 insulated window with white frame and grid, and three 23x10 transom windows also with white frame and grid, bringing in natural light along the wall. A 4ft cottage porch runs the full length of the building. Inside, the space is fully finished with A/C, dark brown flooring, a 100-amp breaker box, two lights with a switch, and four 110 outlets — making it a functional, climate-controlled extra room. The order also included 4 inches of blocking and a no-vinyl-flooring discount.
The Result
