A compact 8x8 Mini Barn Shed delivered to Alvarado, TX, built to give Lail's tiny goats a small shelter of their own.
The Problem
Lail needed a small barn for their tiny goats — a compact, sturdy shelter sized right for the animals rather than a full-size barn. An 8x8 Mini Barn Shed fit that need, offering just enough covered space to keep the goats comfortable without taking up unnecessary room on the property in Alvarado, TX.
How They Found Us
This was Lail's second building purchased from Eagle Ridge Barn Builders. Having already gone through the process once before, they came back to the same company for this 8x8 Mini Barn Shed, delivered to their Alvarado, TX address and ordered through sales representative Valeria.
Why They Chose Eagle Ridge
Lail chose Eagle Ridge again because of the great service and quality they experienced with their first building. That earlier experience was strong enough to bring them back as a repeat customer for this second order, which even included a 2% repeat customer discount applied on the sale.
The Build
This 8x8x4 Mini Barn Shed features LP SmartSide siding in French Gray SW 0077 with LP Smart Trim in Pure White SW 7005. It's topped with a Galvalume metal roof and fitted with a 3ft single barn door in French Gray SW 0077 with a Pure White SW 7005 door accent panel. The building sits on 4 inches of blocking and was delivered free of charge under the 100-mile delivery policy.
The Result
Lail reports that their baby girls — the tiny goats this barn was built for — love their new shelter, giving them a small, secure space suited to their size on the Alvarado, TX property.
