A 12x28 animal shelter with a centered tack room was built and delivered to Chad in Rocksprings, TX, finished in a Burnished Slate and Desert Sand color scheme to house four donkeys.
The Problem
Chad was seeking an animal shelter and a storage shed to support his ranch operation in Rocksprings, TX. He needed a structure that could securely house livestock while also providing a dedicated space for feed, tack, and ranch supplies, which led him to order this 12x28x8 animal shelter alongside a matching 12x20 storage shed.
How They Found Us
Chad found Eagle Ridge Barn Builders through a Google search while looking for a company that could build a custom animal shelter and storage shed for his property in Rocksprings, TX. That search led him to place an order for a 12x28 animal shelter with a centered tack room, finished with Burnished Slate siding and Desert Sand trim to match a companion 12x20 shed.
Why They Chose Eagle Ridge
Chad chose Eagle Ridge Barn Builders because of their very good communication, noting that the team even answered their phone on a weekend. He was impressed with how smooth and efficient the entire process was, and said the delivery driver was cooperative, organized, and well-prepared when bringing the 12x28 animal shelter to his Rocksprings property.
The Build
This 12x28x8 animal shelter features vertical metal siding in Burnished Slate with Desert Sand metal trim and an Ash Gray metal roof. It includes a 3ft single barn door with a Burnished Slate panel and Desert Sand accent (finished with an "x" trim detail per sales notes), two animal shelter metal gates, a 4ft tack room moved to a centered position, and a solid plywood kickboard for added durability. The floor plan shows a 12x12 enclosed tack room area along one side with the barn door entry, leaving the remaining 12x16 area open. The building was purchased together with a matching 12x20 storage shed finished in the same color scheme and was delivered to Rocksprings, TX.
The Result
The finished animal shelter now houses four of Chad's donkeys, while the companion 12x20 shed ordered in matching colors serves as storage for ranch supplies. Together the two buildings give Chad organized, purpose-built space for both his livestock and his ranch equipment on his Rocksprings, TX property.
