Inside, the building has a finished interior with A/C, four 110 outlets, two lights, a light switch, and a breaker box — making it ready to use as livable or workable space from day one. The building was purchased as a repo unit already on Eagle Ridge's lot in Temple before being delivered to San Saba, TX.
The Result
Jimmy hasn't moved in yet because he's working on getting his electricity hooked up, but the building itself arrived finished and equipped — complete with A/C, outlets, lighting, and a breaker box already installed — ready for him to move in as soon as power is connected.
