Eagle Ridge Barn Builders’ Warranties

All Eagle Ridge Buildings are built using the following products. The products are installed per the manufacturer requirements and are eligible for the following warranties:

Roof:

All metal roofing products are provided by MetalMax which includes a 40 yr warranty against rust and fade.

Roof: All shingles are 30 year Architectural provided by (IKO) 

Siding:

All siding products are provided by LPSmartSide which includes a 50 yr warranty against cracking and failure.

Paint:

All paint products are provided by Sherwin and Williams which includes a 15 yr warranty* against cracking and fading.

*If the customer provides paint, paint must be Sherwin Williams brand for warranty to apply.

Workmanship Warranty: 

Gable, Lofted Barn, and Cabin Shells include a 15 year workmanship warranty. 

Value Sheds have a 5 year workmanship warranty. 

Greenhouses have a 1 year workmanship warranty. 

Any problems that arise due to faulty workmanship are covered at no cost to the customer. 

Lifetime Warranty:

Our lifetime leak and decay warranty offers lasting peace of mind, covering leaks and decay for the entire life of your building. This warranty is included in cabin shells, gable sheds, lofted barn, single slope, and value sheds.

 This promise is exclusively for the original buyer, and the warranty remains valid as long as the building stays in its original location. 

We're committed to ensuring your building stays in top condition for the rest of your life, providing you with an invaluable peace of mind.

Covered Items:

  • Building Styles: All our Cabin Shells, Gable Sheds, Lofted Barns, Single Slopes, and Value Sheds.
  • Pressure-treated lumber: Covered of any decay, cannot be in direct contact with the ground.
  • Plywood flooring: Covers damage caused by leaks that are our responsibility. However, if the damage results from the building being exposed to water through other means, such as external flooding or improper maintenance, it will not be covered.(consider upgrading to engineered T&G flooring for extra water resistance).
  • Siding: Covered as long as it remains caulked and painted.
  • Interior Framing Lumber: Covers damage caused by leaks that are our responsibility. However, if the damage results from the building being exposed to water through other means, such as external flooding or improper maintenance, it will not be covered.
  • Roof: Covered of any decay of normal weather and time or wrong installation.

Exceptions:

  • Acts of God, such as tornadoes, hurricanes, or flooding.
  • Fires and damage from trees or branches.
  • Any issues arising from moving the building from its original location.
  • Building has been moved from original spot.
  • Ownership has transferred from original owner.
  • Building styles: Value Mini Barn, Greenhouses, Metal Value Sheds, and Animal Shelters 

If you encounter any covered issues, we will promptly address them to ensure your building remains in top condition.

  Leveling Warranty:

  Building will be level and fully operational at delivery time. If a door stops working correctly(not shutting, latching, opening properly, or it is sticking on a jamb) We will collect $250 Dollars and send a service tech out. If it is a leveling  issue we will fix it and keep the $250, If it is not a leveling issue we will fix it and refund the $250.
